Fees and Insurance

Ria Keinert, Physical Therapist, is a Blue Cross/Blue Shield/Wellmark and TriCare provider. She will file insurance for you for covered diagnoses.

For other insurance companies, you may be able to submit the charges to your insurance company and get reimbursed; we will assist you with this as appropriate.

Payment

Payment in full is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept cash or check, VISA and MasterCard.
